免疫细胞化学在神经科学中的应用

  十、神经系统的机能研究

  免疫细胞化学在神经科学的应用已由单纯的形态学研究逐步向与机能研究、应用研究和临床实践相结合。如研究脑啡肽与镇痛的关系,SP与转导伤害性刺激的关系以及在各种生理和病理条件下神经肽的变化与病理生理作用机制的关系等。在研究方法上也不断改进,如免疫组化的定量研究由简单的积分法逐步走向与放射免疫测定相结合、与图像分析相结合,测定单位面积内和/或每个神经细胞内免疫反应物含量的变化。
