染色1~2小时或过夜。
脱色液:
10% 甲醇
10% 冰醋酸
脱色需3~10小时,其间更换多次脱色液至背景清楚。
此方法检测灵敏度为0.2~1.0 mg。脱色后,可将凝胶浸于水中,长期封装在塑料袋内而不降低染色强度。为永久性记录,可对凝胶进行拍照,或将凝胶干燥成胶片。
4. 测量并计算分子量
蛋白质的分子量与它的电泳迁移有一定关系式,经37种蛋白的测定得到以下的关系式:
