StabilityThe enzyme is active in 2 M urea. The activity of the enzyme drops off rapidly away from the optimum pH. Freeze-thawing cycles are not recommended for enzyme solutions.
RecipeDissolve the substrate in 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.0). Add the enzyme 1:20 and incubate for 4-18 hours at 37 C.
