Cleavage does not occur for X-P bonds or at N-blocked amino acids.

7.0 - 9.0
Stability
Enzyme is stabel between pH 3.5 to 11.0.
Recipe
Dissolve substrate at 1-10 g/l in 50 mM ammonium bicarbonate. Add enzyme at 1:50 and remove times aliquots to obtain a sequencing ladder.
