Ron Vale Buffer - 2X Microtubule Polymerization Mix
  1. 1 ml
    200 µls 5X BRB 80
    200 µls DMSO
    8 µls 1M MgCl2
    20 µls 0.1 M GTP (KOH)
    572 µls dH2O
  2. Flash Freeze into Small Aliquots (50 µls)
  3. Store in the -70oC
  4. Use only once then discard
