[ Abstract] ¡¡Objective¡¡to exp lore the action ofmain reagent alkaline lysismethod of extracting p lasmid DNA. Methods adop t different Solution¢ñ¡¢Solution¢ò¡¢Solution¢ó to extractDNA in the p lasmid. Results¡¡the quantity of p lasmid DNA is obviously decreasing bymethod three, the p rotein of the p lasmid DNA is more than the other methods by method four.Conclusion s¡¡solution¢ñhas little influence to the experiment result, and NaOH in the solution¢ò relates to the quantity of extracting p lasmid DNA, KAc in the Solution¢ó is one of the important factors in the p rotein, s purification.
